We create a classic recipe of German chocolate cake that is layered with German chocolate cake filling (caramel - coconut - pecan filling) and finished with chocolate buttercream

ITALIAN CREAM CAKE

Traditional recipe with coconut and chopped pecans that are folded into a meringue cake batter make this cake super flavorful and light. Layered with cream cheese frosting.

ITALIANO

Almond Sponge cake drizzled with Amaretto and a thin layer of marzipan. Brown sugar Buttercream & candied almonds.

CONFETTI CAKE

Four layers rainbow sprinkled vanilla cake with two layers of birthday cake buttercream & one layer of cream cheese frosting.

VANILLA SUMMER BERRY

Sophisticated Strawberry shortcake. (Best when berries are in season) Vanilla bean pound cake layered with Grand Marnier cream & local strawberries.

HOT COCOA CAKE

Chocolate cake soaked in hot cocoa and layered with marshmallow cream, fudge and chocolate buttercream. finished in chocolate buttercream and mini marshmallows.

Pumpkin chocolate chip cake layered with cream cheese frosting. finished in Italian buttercream.

S’MORES

Chocolate cake, marshmallow cream, graham cracker buttercream, and a thin layer of chocolate ganache. This case cake design is spectacular with roasted marshmallows, crumbs and chocolate decor.

Oreo cream cheese frosting and buttercream fills the alternating layers of white cake & chocolate cake.

White cake layered with Bakery 28’s tasty cannoli filling. The cake is finished with Italian buttercream, crushed pistachios halfway up side of cake, piped rosettes and more filling on top.

Chef’s Favorite! Four layers of brown sugar almond cake brushed with caramel drizzle. Filled with caramelized local apples, vanilla bean pastry cream, brown sugar buttercream, buttered pecans and gingersnap crumble.

Chef Keli’s wedding cake that was so good she put it on her menu! White sponge cake layered w/ key lime curd, fresh raspberries, raspberry jam & a thin layer of marzipan. Refreshing, full flavor yet, super light.

ROYAL WEDDING CAKE

Inspired by Prince Harry & Meghan’s wedding cake. Lemon pound cake layered w/ lemon curd from fresh squeezed lemons. Finished in a buttery yellow elderflower buttercream.
(A layer of fresh seasonal berries can be added if requested.)

WHITE WEDDING CAKE

White chocolate white cake w/ two layers vanilla bean buttercream & one layer of soft white chocolate ganache. Italian buttercream finish. Better than your typical wedding cake flavor: this recipe is soft, silky ganache & full vanilla flavor. (Fresh seasonal berries or jam can be added if requested.)

SOUTHERN COMFORT

Four layers of oconut cream cake brushed with malibu rum syrup. Two layers of coconut pastry cream and one layer of white chocolate coconut ganache with a smear of fresh passion curd. Perfectly balance in creaminess, pop of tartness and full coconut flavor.
